Great impact in the media of the MRU FF4P on the occasion of the presentation of its results in its Closing Day. On May 25, 2023 at the event held by ANFACO-CECOPESCA and EMENASA Industria y Automatismos, attendees and the press had the opportunity to learn about the progress achieved in hyperspectral technology for control and quality in the food sector. Thanks to the use of chemical images it is possible to determine nutritional components, textures and other characteristics of food at the time of the production process.
