The UMI FFF4P present at the closing event of the European project SUREFISH

On February 23, 2023 we have celebrated the Closing Event of the European SUREFISH project “Ensuring the traceability and authenticity of fishing products” at the ANFACO-CECOPESCA headquarters. On this day, the Head of Digitization and Industry 4.0, Juan Luis Guede, participated with the presentation Innovative tools applied to traceability where he presented the UMI FFF4P and the different processes of qualitative and quantitative characterization of materials with hyperspectral technology (HSI) that are being developing with collaborating entities.
